Scholarships
Bahamas Supermarkets Foundations offers scholarships for undergraduate degrees for qualifying Bahamian students at universities in The Bahamas or overseas. Application forms are available in Nassau at the Support Centre on the East West Highway (just east of Abundance Life Road). The deadline each year is May 1st.
Since 1968, the parent company of Bahamas Supermarkets Limited has assisted thousands of scholarship recipients through the Bahamas Supermarkets Limited Foundation, having awarded just over $8 million dollars to date.
Community
In addition to our scholarship programme, the Bahamas Supermarkets Foundation provides donations to worthwhile charities and NGO’s such as the Red Cross Society, Salvation Army, Rotary International, Kiwanis, Lions and many more. Shopping at City Market allows us to share our profits with the community in which we serve.
